Pascal de Sarthe Fine Art was founded in Paris in 1977. After moving to America in 1981, Mr. de Sarthe opened galleries in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The company, which has been Arizona-based since 1994, now specializes in the private sale and purchase of paintings, drawings, and sculptures of 19th and 20th century masters.
